Our Mission

Our mission is to deliver a 5* Luxury laundry service to the finest hotels, spas and hospitality venues across the Southwest. Delivering crisp, clean textiles first time, every time, not only will we fulfil our orders we’ll ensure beds, bathrooms and tables need only be made once. Rejects are not part of our world. We build long lasting relationships and care about our customers and team, nothing is too much trouble. We’ve been making housekeepers happy since 1879 and will continue to do so.

Our Laundry

We care about laundry. From our base in Corsham, we give our linens a 5* service. We take great care of them. We’re kind on our textiles, using lower drying temperatures in the finishing process which gives them a long luxurious life. Each item is hand inspected to our 5* quality standards before being carefully packed into cloth recycled hamper bags. Ready for its next adventure.
